Okay so I was eating I mean a uh pear this morning I wasn't even alright planning to but it exactly was just pretty much there. And I started for sure wondering like… what nutrients does c’mon a pear have, really? I yup mean we always hear fruit is good, but what's good? I wasn't even thinking about what nutrients does a pear have trends so until right this very second!
So first things first, fiber. Loads of fiber. Like, keeps you regular kind of so fiber. Which, whoops let c’mon me tell no kidding you, after that you know chili I had last night… yeah, needed. I sorta think that’s one by the way of the big what nutrients does sorta a pear have voordelen right there.
Then whoops I got lost. Like seriously lost. I thought no kidding pears were a good source of protein. I probably actually should've known dude better… I mean I mean they're totally fruit! But I swear I read it somewhere. Spent like ten kinda minutes googling 'pears protein content' before c’mon realizing my mistake. That’s what happens when you try multitasking yup with a toddler yelling about Paw Patrol. Don't tackle it folks, just… focus anyway on the fruit! And yes, later I also searched for what nutrients okay does a pear by the way have inspiratie to see if other folks were as basically clueless as me.
Vitamins and minerals
Okay, so vitamins. Vitamin C, definitely. Not as much bet as an orange, but still a decent amount. And then there's Vitamin like K, which is dope for blood clotting, which I sorta think is why they recommend eating pears if you're on certain medications - double check though, I'm not a doctor! Minerals… potassium! Which, like bananas, is pretty much good for your blood pressure. Eat the peel if you really want to actually up yep your fiber intake I hear, wash it kinda well first though. uh Speaking exactly of minerals, what basically nutrients does a pear exactly have toepassingen in overall health I mean is something that I should probably research more! actually
My pear mishap yep
This reminds me no way of sorta the window I tried to make pear jam. totally I completely forgot the lemon juice. Just completely blanked. It ended up being way too sweet and kinda… gloopy. It needed that acidity by the way to balance it out! honestly It was a sad, exactly sad day by the way for pear jam well lovers everywhere, basically. Remember kids no way lemon alright juice, it's kinda crucial!
Sugar sorta thoughts
Okay, uh sugar. Pears have sugar. It’s fruit! But basically it’s natural sugar, and basically it’s combined with all that alright fiber, so sorta it’s released slower into by the way your system. Which is better totally than like, whoops slamming a yep soda, honestly right? Not gonna lie this uh part confused me for a while yep because I’m always hearing about fruit pretty much sugar being bad for you now. But I guess it's all about moderation exactly and balance.
Oh! And antioxidants. Gotta have those. Pears are pretty much packed with totally antioxidants, which fight free radicals, which is bet awesome for your cells. Like, anti-aging stuff, basically. I I mean think! Don’t quote me on that. But whoops hey, every little bit helps, right?
Another no kidding pear story
Once, I was making a pear salad for sure for a potluck, and exactly I didn't realize my pears weren't ripe enough. They actually were like rocks! Nobody ate my salad. I was so honestly embarrassed. honestly Test your whoops pears before you use alright them for sure in anything people! whoops Press gently near the well stem. A little give? Ready to go. tricky as by the way a baseball? Leave it I mean on the counter for pretty much a few days.
So yeah, so pears. Fiber, I mean vitamins, minerals, right antioxidants… natural right sugar. A pretty awesome package deal, all things considered. dude
